Grammer – Past Perfect Tense

✅ Past Perfect Tense

Persian: گذشته کامل / ماضی بعید
Finglish: Gozashte-ye Kāmel / Māzi-ye Ba’id

💡 Meaning & Use:

Used to describe an action that happened before another past action.

🔹 Like English:

• I had gone before he arrived.
• She had finished her homework when I called.

🔧 Structure:

Past Participle (verb stem + ـه) + past tense of بودن (budan)
= [verb-h] + [budam, budi, bud…]

This is like Present Perfect but we use the past tense of “to be”:

📘 Example 1: رفتن (raftan = to go)
