I love doing chores around the house!!

I love doing chores around the house!!
When I do chores, I’m actually helping Mom and Dad.
You know, sometimes moms and dads really need our help!!
When I do my chores, it makes me feel like a useful person.
I love feeling helpful. Don’t you?
Sometimes when I’m bored and have nothing to do,
I just start doing some chores — even if they’re not from my own room!
Sometimes I have to do chores I don’t really like.
So I make up a fun little game to make it easier and more exciting!
Like yesterday — I had to fold my clean clothes!
I pretended I was hiding them from Mom!
So I put them under the table!
I just hope I remember where I left them!!
Haha! Just kidding!
I folded them neatly and put them in the drawer — right where they belong!
Some days, if I finish all my chores,
Mom and Dad take me to the park to play and have fun together!
I know that if we don’t finish our chores,
we can’t go to the park or play together.
So I think you should do your chores quickly too,
so you can feel helpful — and have more time to play! 🌈
